I am a democrat, but you’ve gotta admit, this was funny.
lol, if i was Palin, i’d shit my pants.

oopsibrokethecow August 8, 2010 at 5:31 pm

OMG that is exactly how it happened!!! And that is exactly what Palin tried to say everytime and got cut off. And it is true, the media tells everyone how to think and how it is going to be and that is what liberals go along with. I love this. GOOD JOB!

cfenn2010 August 8, 2010 at 6:22 pm

Hehehe

connieqsack August 8, 2010 at 7:02 pm

Well if you don’t want any politician to get a free ride why don’t you tell that to the liberal media who fawn over Obama and get tingly feelings when he speaks!!??

manidontgiveafuck August 8, 2010 at 7:57 pm

imso relieved..i was expecting to get rick rolled.

intothenature August 8, 2010 at 7:58 pm

Ha aha this was funny.

[But still . . . OBAMA 08!]

Well said. I’ve read scripts of every speech and interview and she seems unable to voice a coherent or relevant sentence. She is attractive, however, and is a terrific teleprompter reader. I don’t think she reads anything else.

shonester August 8, 2010 at 9:43 pm

LOL. He reminded me of a snotty professor I had a few years ago in that interview.

“Chrysler LLC says it will cut 25 percent of its salaried work force starting next month”

Obama’s solution? Tax Chrsyler more!

Now is NOT the time to tax. Let’s get the economy back on track before we start taxing to fund new programs.

do you really believe that Obama didn’t consider Hillary? I find it hard to believe that the Democratic Presidential Nominee didn’t even consider running with one of the most powerful figures in Dem Party, and the nation. Hillary has inspired millions, worked toward universal health care since the 90s, and has strong foreign policy experience. Do you think he just “over looked” her? Of course not. Hillary is a great choice, but not right for the ticket. She will make an excellent cabinet member.

No, it just means you have a sense of humor and DO NOT have your head up your butt like many people do on both sides of the aisle.

SEFIROTICASCENT August 8, 2010 at 11:41 pm

I support Obama AND I thought this was a clever satire. Does that make me a hypocrite?

jkitts89 August 9, 2010 at 12:16 am

obama is a joke!!!! back out of iraq??hahha that right there is pathetic

AnnAmelie August 9, 2010 at 1:05 am

Further more gnirye, it strikes me that JEB BUSH has also played a HUGE role in the decay of our economic security by allowing very dodgy practices in the real estate and loan industry in Florida. So there’s another one of those tough questions that you love. What do you make of that?

AnnAmelie August 9, 2010 at 1:49 am

I used to live in the UK & I can tell you that the one person who has had the greatest FREE RIDE- is George W. Bush. When Tony Blair had to face Parliament and account for himself and for his actions- it was no holds barred. OUR town hall meetings with Bush were a breeze, a cake walk, and a complete farce. I don’t think the media has taken it EASY on Obama as a whole. The fact is- he’s far more competent than Sarah Palin so they couldn’t make him look like this big of an ass if they tried.

iMeantThat August 9, 2010 at 2:02 am

Aaah… can you explain his relationship with terrorist Bill Ayers, Gnirye? Maybe you should shed light on the individuals that are in his campaign. We all want to know about how he has ties to the people that are responsible for destroying Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. While your doing your research look into McCains closet and then find out what Palin is up too.

kmfootbal781 August 9, 2010 at 2:54 am

alright seriously,
kind of a paradox,
shes ready to lead the country,
but isnt ready to handle and interveiw with a prickly reporter,
as stephen colbert put it perfectly.

My1listing August 9, 2010 at 3:18 am

I used to like Charlie Gibson..now he makes me sick. He was snooty, disrespectful, self-aggrandizing, and so totally unfair because you know he would never ask Obama anything tough and honest(like why Obama’s friends are terrorists, or hatemongers or criminals!)

bakalakpal August 9, 2010 at 4:03 am

obama disagreed with clinton to much it would currupt the country

gnirye August 9, 2010 at 4:38 am

Free ride? Like the free ride the news media is giving to Obama. No one is against tough questions. We need more tough questions, like, Senator Obama could you explain your relationship with terrorist Bill Ayers? Here’s another, Senator Obama could you explain why your compaign is filled with those responsible for destroying Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Lehman Brothers? Or could explain why the democrats forced banks to make loans to people who could not repay. I like tough questions. Don’t you?

lukedoggwalker August 9, 2010 at 5:20 am

yeah i think so, if he had the election wouldnt have been so close. like 85% of Clintons supporters switched over to Palin just cuz she’s a woman =

getpowers August 9, 2010 at 5:35 am

Being her first national interview after being named VP candidate and her being almost completely unknown in the lover 48, I think the press ought to ask her some tough questions, I’m a voter and I don’t want to give any politician a free ride because they say nice things. I want a true leader for this country, not another idiot running this country for the next 4 years.

DMdabest August 9, 2010 at 6:52 am
